Dr. Todd Wine received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, and completed his internal medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the California Medical Association, and the San Diego County Medical Society. His medical office is at North County Internal Medicine, with several other internists, located in in Vista. The practice is in close proximity to Tri-City Medical Center.
